Please contact us first to check availability for your spa day at the Tain Spa. We will then ask you to complete the online booking form below. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking – see below for full details on booking and cancellation and our online booking form. Thank you.
How to Spa
- Spa Experiences are priced individually. Additional treatments can be added to spa packages with additional costs and subject to availability.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure spa day bookings. After checking availability with us, we will ask you to complete and return our online booking form.
- Aspen spa can accommodate groups of six comfortably. If you’d like the place to yourself, full exclusive use of the spa can be arranged at the time of booking. Additional costs apply.
- Robes and slippers are provided; all you need to bring is your swimwear. A hair dryer is also available.
- Drinking alcohol is not recommended with many of our treatments and facilities however a glass of complimentary champagne is provided. The consumption of any other alcohol or food is not permitted at the spa. The minimum age requirement for the spa is 14 years.
- To make your spa day as convenient as possible we can also arrange a pick-up service. Our seven passenger vehicle is available to collect you and your party and take you home at the end of the day. Please contact us for costs and availability.

All our Spa Experiences have been handpicked and designed to ensure you have a wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating day. Spa Experiences include:
- Treatments and use of luxurious facilities as described in each package
- Complimentary drinks including fresh fruit smoothie, selection of fruit and herbal teas, coffee and soft drinks
- A complimentary glass of champagne or non-alcoholic drink
- Robes and slippers provided for your comfort during the day
- Exclusive use of the Tain spa can be arranged
Evening Restore is only available on Wednesday and Thursday. Afternoon Delight requires 48 hours notice.
SPA DAY BOOKINGS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
- To secure your Spa Experience booking a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking via credit or debit card. The balance will be payable on day. For guests with a Gift Voucher, the voucher number must be provided to secure the booking. If the value of the gift voucher is less than 50%, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card at the time of booking.
SPA DAY CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be made in writing. The Company will apply the following charges per person for cancellations:
- Cancellation at anytime following booking: 50% deposit will be retained
- Bookings can be rescheduled with more than 72 hours notice of arrival date
- Bookings cannot be rescheduled within 72 hours of arrival date: 50% deposit will be retained
- Non arrival without notice: 50% deposit will be retained
- For guests in possession of a gift voucher the above terms will apply. Charges will be deducted from credit balance on the voucher in the event of a cancellation or no show.
Spa days may be rescheduled in advance of 72 hours but we appreciate as much notice as possible as often the whole spa is booked out for your group and we have arranged staffing and catering accordingly.
In exceptional/necessary circumstances the company reserves the right to offer an alternative spa as a destination, date of visit or cancel reservation(s) with full refund to the payee. No refund will be given for early departure or change of plans on the day or if guests do not wish to use the thermal or wet facilities.
